Wistful now, memories of calm waters deceive my senses and linger like the vibrant sunset.  Perspective alone decides the beginning and end, a blazing transformation bridging time overwhelms and eats the earnest blue.

Sighing she threads her arm through mine and tilts her head onto my shoulder enveloping us both in a moment too soon gone, pulled away with light over the infinite horizon.
